Year 3 Claybury Forest Visit The children in Year 3 had a wonderful day on Monday when they spent the day at Claybury Forest.
Year 2 Claybury Forest Visit Year 2 also visited Claybury Forest on Tuesday morning. The weather was great and they thoroughly enjoyed themselves.
Year 5 Concert We were treated to a wonderful performance on Tuesday of this week . The children in year 5 did us proud, they sang, danced and acted brilliantly!
Glasbury Trip Our year 6 children arrived back safely last Saturday after having a good time on their residential trip.
Queen’s Visit The competition winning children and members of staff went along to see the Queen today as she visited Valentines Mansions in Ilford. They were very excited and the atmosphere was fantastic.
Royal Albert Hall Last Thursday evening several children from Glade went along to participate in the Redbridge Choral Festival at the Royal Albert Hall. It was a wonderful evening enjoyed by all who attended. A big thank you to Mrs Robinson, Mrs Hartley and Mr Crouch and a very big Well Done to all the children!
Scooter Skills Wednesday 27th June 2012.
For children in years 1-5, children must have their own scooter. Limited spaces, please let the office know if you would like your child to take part. More details will be given to those attending nearer the time. Mr. Merchant
Family Literacy These sessions begin on Friday 27th April from 12noon-3pm and run for a total of 11 weeks. They are for parents of reception and year 1 pupils with the idea of being able to help out more with Reading and Writing with your child at home. If you are interested in joining these classes please come to the office and let us know.
Easter Assembly We had a lovely Easter Assembly this morning led by Rob from the Christian Education Project.
Guitar Performance Our year 5 children gave us another treat this week when they did a guitar performance showing us what they have been learning during their lessons in school.
Music Tuition Vacancies We have vacancies for violin and brass tuition. If your child would be interested in having lessons they are £4 please write into school expressing your interest. Thank you.
