Cake Donations As always PAWS events would not be possible without the generosity of parents and we are asking for cake donations for our Easter fair. All donations need to be delivered to the school office on Friday morning 16th March. Thank you in advance.

Sainsbury’s Active Kids Vouchers We are once again collecting these vouchers for sports equipment for the school . Last year we were able to collect a large amount of sports equipment with them and it would be great to be able to do the same this year. They will be available at Sainsbury’s from Wednesday 15th February so please remember to collect them when you do your shopping and send them into school. Thank you!
Good Works Assembly-tomorrow Classes RS, 1J, 2P, 3C, 4L, 5F and 6R at 10am.
Spare Clothing We are in particular need of some small sized underwear and socks. If you have any to donate to school please send them into the school office. Thank you.
Olympic Week Just a reminder about Olympic Week taking place week beginning 12th March. Please ensure that your child has their P.E. kit in school each day. On Friday 16th March children are invited to bring in a £1 to come dressed as a sporting hero. The Good Works assembly on 16th will have a sporting theme—parents invited as per the relevant classes.
Reminder School Lunch Arrears School dinners need to be paid for unless your child receives free school meals. If you cannot pay weekly please provide a packed lunch.
Year 4 Barbican Trip This trip will take place on 21st March. Your child should have brought home a second letter giving details about the trip. Even if you have already signed the first letter we need a signed copy back of the second one as soon as possible. If we do not get this your child will be unable to attend the trip as we need it to sort the transport arrangements. Thank you.
Year 2 Trip to Sea life Centre Please note the letter that went out should have read Monday 25th June, not Tuesday. Apologies!
Redbridge Mini Games Well done done to all the children who took part in the mini games on Wed 7th March (yesterday). Even though it was very wet all children showed great team spirit. A huge thank you to all the parents who came to support and help out. Mr Merchant
Drama Centre Visit Year 3 were treated to a visit from the Redbridge Drama Centre on Tuesday of this week. They had a great time.
