Bake and Take Sale Thank you to everyone who donated cakes for our Bake and Take sale. We are amazed at the generosity from our community and have raised a massive £500 to go to the Haiti appeal. If you would like to donate any money please give your contribution in to the school office and we will add it to this fantastic amount to send off.

Bancrofts Swimming Gala Our swimming squad have continued to do well, coming joint 2nd place in a friendly gala at Bancrofts on Monday evening. They will be participating in a number of events over the next few weeks including today's gala at Fullwell Cross Pool, so we will keep you updated on their progress. Their manners and behaviour was impeccable, they were real ambassadors for the school.

Stranger/Danger Every now and again we talk to our children about ’Stranger/Danger’ through the usual channels of assemblies and PSHE lessons. Please talk to your children about their personal safety, especially children who walk to and from school themselves.

Baby News Mrs Patel would like to share with you all her exciting news. She is expecting her fourth child in the Summer. She plans to continue working until the summer holidays and has already told her class the news!

Parents Evening Don’t forget parents evening meetings coming up shortly. Wednesday 11th for Nursery and Year 5 appointments and Thursday 12th February for Reception, Years 1, 2, 3, 4 and 6. Every parent should have received an appointment time by now, if you haven’t please speak to your child’s class teacher.
Please make every effort to attend your allocated appointment time so that teachers and parents are able to make full use of the evening.

School Dinners Despite frequent reminders, some parents are still in arrears for school dinners. If you are one of these please pay the arrears tomorrow, or provide your child with a packed lunch until payment can be made. Meals cannot be provided unless they are paid for.

Parking Once again a note about parking. Please be more considerate when bringing or collecting your children. Do not park over neighbouring driveways as residents are often blocked in, also take care when letting children out of your cars in the middle of the road, we do not want any accidents! - So please do not do this, bring your children carefully into the school premises.
