Donations for Wet Playtimes
We would be really grateful for old toys or board games for use at wet playtimes.

Christmas Dinner Letter
Just to remind you that the deadline for returning your child’s school dinner request is tomorrow—27th November, as the cook has to pre order the food. Therefore, any requests made after this date will be considered as too late and you will have to then either provide your child with a packed lunch for the 11th December or else take them home for lunch, Thank you. Please also note that if your child is normally free school meals they will not have to pay for the Christmas lunch as their entitlement will still be valid.

Interventions Fair
Accompanying this letter you will find a leaflet about this fair which takes place in school on Monday 7th December from 2.45-3.30pm. This will be a great chance for parents to come in and speak to school staff about the interventions and support that we provide your child with. There will also be the chance to speak with professionals from Special Needs Schools who can offer support and advice.

Parent Volunteers
We are always grateful for the support that parents offer us as volunteers. However, I must emphasise that due to recent changes in safeguarding procedures. CRB checks have to be cleared before any such voluntary work can begin. This includes helping on school trips. On average these checks come through between 5-8 weeks. I would therefore, ask parents who would like to help on trips, to ensure they have completed the CRB forms and provided all relevant supportive evidence.

Swine Flu
We have had 3 confirmed cases this week. The children are not in school, but as always I would ask you to be vigilant.

Nursery Gate
Please do not wedge it open in any way as this contravenes our security and risks children's safety.
