Redbridge Mini Games Gala
Congratulations once again to our fantastic swim team who came second last week in the Redbridge Mini Games Swimming Gala. They were the top state school as Bancrofts came first and Woodford Prep were third. The trophy will be presented to the team during Good Works Assembly on Friday morning at 10.15am. It would be lovely to see many of the parents there as their support was amazing as always. Also thank you to Mrs Ward for all her help coaching such a wonderful team!

Year 5 Science Museum
Our Year 5 children had a great day yesterday visiting the Science Museum in London.

Year 1 Valentines Mansions
Both Year 1 classes visited Valentines Mansions in Ilford on Tuesday of this week. They looked at the theme of houses and homes as per their class work and thoroughly enjoyed themselves.

Uniform
Please ensure that your child wears the correct school uniform each day, lately we have noticed that some items being worn are not part of the school uniform list.
Yellow polo shirt/white shirt Green sweatshirt/cardigan
Yellow/green check dress in Summer
Black/grey trousers
Grey skirt/pinafore/shorts.

Lost Property
If your child has lost any glasses/watches or items of jewellery please come to the school office as we have a few bits that have been found.

Parking
We have had reports that some parents are parking over the double yellow lines around school. Please do not do this. The lines have been put there for a purpose and for the safety of our children at Glade.

Reminder
There is a non-uniform day next Friday, 11th February. Donations of £1, wear red. All proceeds to PAWS.
